The Burning Skyz Revolution

Yes, back at the Primrose on Saturday the 9th August and what a blast!! We have been getting better every gig and know it was time to show off our new skills with immaculate success. Thanks too the guys who were bouncing around you helped spread the energy that is BSR. To anyone who has yet to see us, come on down to our next gig at the Cardigan Arms on Kirkstall road 29th Aug and feel the passion for yourselfs!!

Sir, yes sir, twas another good night!!

Thanks to all the other bands supporting us last night, including Avirice, you guys were damn good sirs!! Today's shout out goes to paul, who has been pretty ill lately and nearly didn't make it but dispite feeling bad and hardly sleeping still pulled out a cracker out of the hat!!

So, what next? Maybe a short break while we work on our new tracks ( they are coming thick and fast) and then back on the road brandishing our ecstatic breed of Euphoric Rock me thinks!!

We did a last minute charity gig for the Clothcat unity day fundraiser and kicked the night off in style. Little beknown to me the drumkit was dancin round the stage behind me in each track so man of the match has to go to john for doing his best under the circumstances. Our next gig on Sat 14th june should be another good un hope you can make it.

Yep, we have found the form and all went well!!

Having done a few gigs now I can honestly say that we are ready to do any gig, anywhere. Further more the energy that seems to be created (without blowing our trumpets) has been absolutley awesome.

No reviews as of yet but we are hoping to get a review from no title magazine for our rehearsal demo. So now we are booking gigs across West Yorkshire and trying to drill up some fans.

So if you near or travelling to the Leeds area give us a shout and we'll all get lashed!!!!

Ok, so after setting up this site alot has happened, thanks to all who have checked us out firstly though. We are four lads from Leeds UK who have always loved music whether it's a super massive band or a three piece playing in a pub corner and we thought, we want some of that!! for years we were all told to do what we are told, cut yer hair, get a job and marry a cow who gives ya nothing but a long face and shit! well for a while we did just that we buckled down, worked hard and got shat on by the "man" and still ended up unemployed. I personally went downhill when several family members passed away which left me asking, "what's the point" and then all of a sudden it seemed so obvious. "do what you truly love" it doesn't matter how much cash is in your bank what matters is how happy you are on a daily basis, dont get pulled down by the man, live the dream!! If you love making music, cakes, giant cuccumber shaped buildings you should go and do it without hesitation, nothing should stop you.

So we got our band together and now we are already rehearsing for our 6th gig, we then got one of our practices recorded for all to hear and are hoping to start getting some proper recording in the near future. Live the dream my rriends live the dream>
